When is payment due?
While full payment is due upon checkout, purchases can be paid via Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Credit or Debit card as well as via ACH or PayPal with some financing options available.
Can I cancel my order?
Absolutely, you can cancel anytime prior to two business days before your shipment is scheduled to go out and receive a full refund.
When will my order ship?
PopRak products are shipped in the order they’re sold. Most orders are shipped out within 7-10 days unless otherwise stated.
Who’s going to install my PopRak?
You can select which PopRak Licensed Distributor/Installer you want to use when you order your PopRak, via a dropdown on the product order page. You can also find a list of them on our website. After your purchase, we will contact you to verify your
Where will my PopRak be shipped to?
We’ll ship your PopRak to the Licensed PopRak Distributor / Installer of your choice. If you don’t see the builder you want to work with on our list of PopRak Distributor / Installers, have them reach out to us directly to see if they can be added to
Can I change which Installer I want to work with?
Yes, right up until ten days before your PopRak ships, you can let us know if you want to work with a different Licensed PopRak Distributor / Installer. We will then confirm with them and make sure we answer any questions they may have.
What if I don’t know what kind of van I’m getting yet?
No worries. Just let us know which one you’re going to install it on at least ten days before shipping and we’ll make sure you get the proper portal and mount brackets.
What is not included?
As vans come in various interior heights, we don’t include a ladder. Ladders are readily available and this gives you the option to use a ladder tall enough to be used outside of the van to reach the top of the PopRak for cleaning, etc. or to solve t
